1. Acceptance and scope of agreement

By accessing and making any use of the Healurewig website (the “https://healurewig.com/“), you confirm your binding agreement to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy, and all associated operational guidelines (Shipping, Return & Refund, and Payment Policies). These Terms specifically regulate the B2B (business-to-business) transactions and relationship between Healurewig and the inquiring entity (referred to hereafter as the “Client” or “Customer”).

2. Products and pricing methodology

Healurewig supplies wholesale wig units and hair accessories exclusively to business partners.

  • Pricing structure: Product prices are deliberately not displayed publicly on the website. All discussions regarding pricing are conducted formally through the structured request for quotation (RFQ) process detailed below.
  • Product representation: We endeavor to provide the most precise and accurate descriptions of our products. However, the client acknowledges that minor differences in color, weight, or style may occur due to standard manufacturing tolerances or variations in screen settings.

3. Order confirmation and the rfq process

  • Request for quotation (RFQ): The client must use the website or established contact channels to submit a request detailing the required volume and specific type of products. The submission of an RFQ places no obligation on the client to proceed with a purchase.
  • Healurewig’s quotation: Following the RFQ, Healurewig will issue a formal, written quotation. This document specifies the product details, quantity, unit price, total transaction value, estimated freight charges, and the expected delivery timeline. This quotation is time-sensitive and valid only for the duration stated within the document.
  • Purchase order (PO): The sales transaction is confirmed when the client submits a formal purchase order (PO) (or equivalent written confirmation) based directly on our quotation. This PO represents the client’s binding offer to enter a purchase agreement.
  • Final order acceptance: The contract for sale is legally established, and the order is officially accepted only when Healurewig issues a written acceptance of the Client’s PO (via email or other agreed-upon communication).

4. Payment obligations (B2B focus)

  • Payment methods: All payments must be settled using either PayPal or other B2B payment methods mutually agreed upon in the quotation (such as international bank transfer/wire).
  • Payment terms: The specific payment terms (e.g., 100% upfront, 50% deposit) will be explicitly set forth in the final quotation and order confirmation document.
  • Third-party processors (PayPal): If PayPal is utilized, the transaction is governed by PayPal’s own policies. Healurewig strictly does not handle or retain sensitive financial data.

5. Logistics, returns, and risk transfer (B2B application)

The following policies are deemed integrated components of these terms. The Client hereby agrees to these specific B2B conditions:

  • Shipping policy: Comprehensive details regarding shipping responsibilities, costs, and projected delivery schedules are defined either in our B2B Shipping Policy or within the specific individual order agreement.
  • Return & refund policy: These regulations are applied strictly to B2B purchases and may differ significantly from standard consumer retail policies (typically covering only manufacturing defects or documented transit damage). Please refer to our B2B return & refund policy.
  • Title and risk of loss: The legal title to the Products, along with the corresponding risk of loss, shall pass to the Client according to the specific Incoterm® (e.g., FOB, EXW, DDP) stipulated and agreed upon within the Purchase Order.

6. Intellectual property

All material featured on the Website, including proprietary designs, logos, sample product images, and textual content, constitutes the intellectual property of Healurewig. The client is strictly prohibited from utilizing any of this intellectual property without securing prior express written agreement.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website and its preliminary content are provided on an “as is” basis. Healurewig makes no warranty regarding the exhaustive accuracy or complete finality of preliminary product information presented on the website, as the definitive specifications are confirmed in the official quotation. Healurewig’s maximum cumulative liability for any and all claims shall be capped at the total value explicitly agreed upon in the specific B2B contract or order in question.

8. Changes to terms

We reserve the unilateral right to update, modify, or change these terms at any point. Any such revisions will take effect immediately upon their posting on this website.
