Healurewig is committed to delivering reliable and efficient shipping solutions for all our wholesale customers. The following information clarifies our various delivery options and associated procedures.
1. Shipping methods and estimated transit times
We provide three distinct shipping options tailored to your needs for time and cost. The delivery period is an estimated average and is subject to potential fluctuations based on the operational capacity of our logistics partners.

2. Import duties and customs formalities
Policies regarding customs duties and taxes differ depending on the selected shipping method:
- For DOUBLE-CLEARANCE shipments: Healurewig will bear the full cost of all applicable customs duties and import taxes on behalf of the customer.
- For STANDARD & EXPRESS:
- Import tariffs and local customs procedures may be imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Export documentation fee (any declared value): An additional fee of $25.
- Fumigation certification (optional service): An additional fee of $45.
3. Applicable surcharges
Depending on specific shipping conditions or destination criteria, certain supplemental fees may be levied:
- Remote location surcharge:
- DOUBLE-CLEARANCE: +$33.
- STANDARD & EXPRESS: +$25.
- Re-delivery attempt fee: A charge of $44 applies if an additional delivery attempt is required specifically for DOUBLE-CLEARANCE shipments.
- Security risk levy: A fee of $45 may be applied to shipments utilizing STANDARD & EXPRESS destined for areas designated with high-security risks.
4. Order monitoring
Upon the successful dispatch of your order, you will be promptly supplied with a unique tracking number, enabling you to conveniently monitor the status of your shipment throughout its journey.
5. Failed delivery and returned shipments
Should an order become undeliverable due to issues such as an incorrect address provided by the customer or the recipient’s unavailability to accept the package, the goods may be returned to our facility. In such instances, the customer will be liable for any and all re-shipping costs necessary for the subsequent delivery attempt.
