Payment Policy
Effective Date: 01/11/2025
Healurewig is dedicated to offering secure and flexible payment solutions, along with negotiable terms, to best serve the requirements of our valued business partners.
1. Accepted payment methods
We accept the following established forms of payment for wholesale transactions:
- International bank transfer (wire transfer): Payments can be successfully executed via international bank transfer. The precise bank account details required will be clearly outlined on your proforma invoice or the final order confirmation document.
- PayPal: We accept standard payments processed through PayPal. This platform is highly secure, and all transactions are governed by PayPal’s own terms and their established buyer/seller protection policies.
- PayPal Later (pay in installments): Where geographically available and applicable to the transaction amount, we may accept orders utilizing PayPal Later options. Please note the following:
- Availability: Eligibility for the PayPal Later service is determined solely by PayPal, based on their specific internal terms and conditions.
- Agreement: Any resulting installment plan, interest rates, or credit approval is managed exclusively between PayPal and the client. Healurewig is not involved in the credit or financing arrangement itself.
2. Payment terms for b2b partners
All payment arrangements and terms are formally agreed upon during the quotation process and must be documented within the official Purchase Order (PO) confirmation.
- First orders (new clients): To establish our working relationship, we typically require a full payment (100% deposit) before the order processing and shipment activities can commence.
- Established partners/large-value orders: For long-term relationships or significant high-value orders, we may extend flexible payment terms, which may include:
- Partial deposits: Requiring an upfront deposit (e.g., 30% or 50%) with the remaining balance due strictly before the shipment is dispatched.
- Post-delivery payment terms (net terms): For our most established partners, negotiated terms such as Net 15 or Net 30 (payment due 15 or 30 days after invoice date) may be considered upon approval.
3. Payment processing and confirmation
- Payment currency: All transactions must be completed in the specific currency stipulated on the official invoice (USD).
- Proof of payment: For payments executed via international bank transfer, the client is required to provide clear and undeniable proof of payment (SWIFT confirmation) to facilitate the prompt processing and scheduling of the order.
